Mr. H. Shirai, a member of our GSSG : 22 years of Dedicated Support to Bhutan

Since his first visit to Bhutan in 2003 as part of a JICA preliminary survey team for cooperation project,

Mr. H. Shirai has devoted over two decades to a wide range of support initiatives.

His contributions include the maintenance of road paving machinery, technical guidance in pavement engineering, assistance in establishing the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Royal University of Bhutan, and support for Bhutanese students studying in Japan.
